Registration

• A) Individual Ticket – $25.00
  If you do not have a table, but would like to be paired up with a few other players, please add them as Guests on the registration form. At checkout, you will be charged a ticket price for each guest added. If you do not know the names of your guests yet, fill in first name as Guest and leave the rest blank. You can send us the names later.
• B) Table of 8 seats – $200.00
  Please add Team Member names as Guests on the registration form. If you do not know the names of your team yet, fill in first name as Guest and leave the rest blank. You can send us the names later.
• C) Sponsors Table
  Some sponsors are eligible for a complementary table, refer to your sponsor confirmation email for the code. Please add Team Member names as Guests on the registration form. If you do not know the names of your team yet, fill in first name as Guest and leave the rest blank. You can send us the names later.
